Fall Has Arrived
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the busy month of September, fall is slowly and surely approaching. The first signs of fall are here with the copious amount of trees starting to transform from a sea of green, to a medley of various shades of orange, yellow and red at Linley Park Estates. A change in season is always fascinating, but witnessing this change at Linley Park Estates is truly wonderful simply due to the vast amount of nature surrounding.
The Linley Park Estates Development features 40 acres of park land with countless trails waiting to be explored and backs onto an additional 350 acres of parkland. The convenience of living in such close proximity to a park has countless benefits and is complimentary to the ultimate active and healthy west coast lifestyle. According to a study conducted by the University of Exeter Medical School, living in close proximity to a park improves overall mental health, with patients seeing results immediately, including a reduction in stress and an overall boost in happiness.
At any age, staying active is vital, and one is much more likely to stay active when the opportunity to do so is so close to home! Anything from simply walking your dog, to hiking, biking, running and even rock climbing is quite literally right in your backyard. Ideally located, Linley valley is a fifteen minute walk to a local yoga studio and a five minute drive to Oliver Woods Community Centre, which hosts many workout classes and has an excellent fitness studio.
